We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was shipped from mygothicinspirations.com. Refunds for returned or cancelled orders will entail a 3% processing fee off the total amount paid. Limited Edition boxes and pre-order items are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges once the order is placed.

To qualify for a return, please email inspirationaldreamsgothic@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Items must be brand new in the original, unopened packaging.

A credit will be issued to your Gothic Inspirations account once we receive the item back to us. We cannot issue a refund or credit for any shipping costs. Items must be mailed back and packaged the same as you received meaning just as secure to ensure it reaches us safely. We recommend shipping with tracking. If the item does not arrive with us, and there is no tracking information available, we are unable to issue a credit.

Custom orders are not eligible to be returned.

Something is missing from my package!

We're a small company and from time-to-time mistakes may occur. If you find that an item is missing from your package, please email us at inspirationaldreamsgothic@gmail.com so we can investigate this for you. Any missing items or order issues need to be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. International orders may receive a refund for a missing item instead of a replacement.

What do I do if my item is defective? 

Please contact us at inspirationaldreamsgothic@gmail.com if you believe one of your items might be defective. Please include a photo of the damaged item. Any defective items must be reported to us within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a replacement.
